Banc Intranets Enhances its BancWorks Employee Intranet with Customizable, Open-Ended Ticketing System

     

 

 

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., Nov. 7, 2017Banc Intranets, a provider of secure, web-based enterprise content management solutions for financial institutions, announced it has enhanced the capabilities of its BancWorks® employee intranet to improve how financial institutions access, manage and track their internal support tickets.

For many banks and credit unions, a ticketing system is frequently deployed to support their IT department and improve its ability to manage internal requests and technology operations. Banc Intranets, in order to help bankers centralize their technology resources, has updated its employee intranet’s ticketing system to allow bankers to:

  • Customize support tickets for individual departments and their specific needs and functions;
  • Organize tickets into groups and sub-groups to streamline which departments and individuals respond to requests;
  • Create permissions and workflows that track who responds to a support ticket and where a ticket goes after a response is filed; and
  • Utilize a built-in message board so moderators can discuss tickets within the platform itself.

With the updated ticketing system, financial institutions will be able to create an unlimited number of ticket types, including: vacation requests, technology issues, employee onboarding, and distribute companywide notifications and updates on certain tickets. The ticketing system is currently in the final stage of development and will be deployed to all existing BancWorks customers at no additional cost through the end of 2017.
